Seeking a position to work from home with knowledge of preventive maintenance and inspection services on Commercial and Plant Facilities. I have worked for over 25 years OSHA mandated jobs that consisted building operations and trained to run and repair heavy equipment. I’m competent in the operations of building safety. Looking to grow with in the fields to further grow in facility management. I had gain certification working with H.V.A.C. systems and facility enclosed hot water systems. Trained on HAZMAT substances and toxic chemicals under building operation and work covered by the (MIOSH Act). 2012- Production repair person for over 8 years. Duties included but not limited to the building of the Jeep Cherokee and Durango truck. I strive to follow and maintain a zero-risk approach to work related operations within our plant using mandated OSHA and PPE required equipment. I Model myself with work ethics that practice safety first. And seek out the various OSHA guidelines implemented at our facility. I strive on safety legislation and complete equipment checks. Workstation maintenance and upkeep are crucial to the spread of contamination upon repairs. in a competent and timely fashion.
