Patient Billing Representative

Sorting and Batching up Patient Correspondence for the patient customer service Rep.

Helping to long in Batches in the Batch control Database. When giving out work and retrieving back work after Reps are finished.

When company went regionalized in to different departments South West region, South East Region, Mid Atlantic, etc.… created batches for the Patient customer service phone team.

Third Party Billing Representative

Working with different insurance companies and Dr offices.

Doing 14 work list updating Diagnoses codes.

Dropping (Printing out) HCFA’s for the updated Dx codes to mail off to different insurance companies so that the patient can be billed, and the insurance company can be paid.

Worked Trailers which come from the Dr offices to update dx codes if necessary. Processed Third Party insurance refunds and mailed out checks when I received them. And document information in the system when received.
