Experience: While working at Tj maxx and Marshall's, I learned how to work as a team member. Learned to communicate with team members and customers, how to be a sales representative and work in assigned area and be responsible that my area of the store will always look best for customer's eye and for closing time for the store. Learned how to work as a cashier and as a fitting room associate. How to respect and help propel who visit the store and make sure they are satisfied no matter what mood the customer might be.
