Work Experience

I have worked in Crystaline Co from 2001 to 2002 as Sales Supervisor.

I had the responsibility to supervise the staffs and ensure smooth running of the shop, looking after accounting and training of the new joiners.

I have worked as HR clerk at Arvind Overseas Company Ltd from 2002-2004, I had the responsibility to look after the Work and resident permits of the over 100 expatriates working at Arvind. And I looked after all HR clerical duties.

Present Job

I am presently working as Supervisor at Bank of Baroda from 02nd September 2004 till now. I am presrntly at flacq branch. I joined the bank as Generalclerk cum cashier and had the opportunity to work in various departments. I joined in the HR department and completed 3 years where I looked after the staffs’ salaries and all HR related jobs. I also worked in The Forex Department where was looking after swift payments including Bank of Mauritius statements. I was further transferred to our Territorial office where all the statements of Bank of Mauritius and RBI (Reserve Bank of India) were concerned.

I was then promoted as Supervisory Cadre in 2012 where I was in charge of our retail Department for 8 years and trained many staffs who joined the Bank in the retail sector. I was also well appreciated by all my Superiors.

I was awarded best Employee for my contribution towards growth of business and by my dedication towards my Job and my hard work.

I am completing my 19 years of service and am now 2nd in charge after Manager at Bank of Baroda Flacq Branch.

I have become versatile in the Banking Sector with my 19 years’ experience. I am a well-motivated and has always worked as a team as whole. Am always appreciated by my superiors and my juniors. Being a dedicated person, I take every job as a challenge.

Hobbies

Travelling, Reading, and listening to music and I always practice exercises to keep fit.
