My job there was primarily in Customer Service, where I assisted our distributors and occasionally their retail customers by phone and email. In addition, I entered sales orders and parts orders/returns for damaged/defective product; working with the production team to determine the best course of action to serve both the distributor and the retail customer as well as James R. Moder. I also worked with the Owner/President of the company handling correspondence, primarily external, including creating purchase orders and other instructions to suppliers, maintaining the Product Development database, generating various reports as well as some other administrative tasks.
