My position includes auditing, merchandising, sun care and haircare products for Publix grocery stores in north Atlanta. Also packing product and issuing credits for out of season products (EOS) also merchandising received product when in season. Also working with receiving clerk for easy transition.

As an agent, my job was to make 115 outbound calls daily to potential new homeowners to promote homeowner's insurance, cable and internet transfer, utility names, websites,and phone numbers in their new area, among a plethora of other services related to new move-ins. Unfortunately, because of their ineffective marketing program and multiple call backs to the same customer, this service was considered more of a nuisance than a benefit by the customer. I consider myself astute and observant with my marketing skills and acknowledged that there were multiple problems within the company and left on my own volition on February 21st, 2019 to begin researching new employment. Lastly the company closed the doors without notice to remaining agents on April 12th, 2019.

Requires scheduling and managing valet drivers, i.e., drivers report to the dealerships to pick up either a loaner or client's vehicle for return/ drop-off and take pictures of both vehicles & odometers for proof of non-damage and excessive mileage. A uniform, I.D. badge, & smart phone knowledge are required and strict adherence for policy procedure is required by the valet drivers to remain in the driver pool. Drivers are both background and drug tested.

Requires accepting and scheduling ourselves for merchandising jobs offered through the Cast website or through the mobile app portal. Also required is a background check before employment is accepted by Cast retail. Retailers for merchandising by Cast retail include, CVS (Incomm prepaid gift cards), Lowes, Walmart, Toys-R-US and Target. Smart phone knowledge is a necessity for reporting and picture taking for confirmation of completed assignment. My area includes a 20-mile radius from my house in Marietta, Georgia.
