● Alternatives on consolidating managed distributors into Diversey fully owned and controlled operation. Full consolidation translated to incremental corporate revenue of US$ 4m to the corporate books as well as ownership of the end-customer.

● Re-structured UAE distributor to Diversey subsidiary in 2008/2009. This delivered incremental Diversey revenue of US$ 3m. Integrated functions and offices of the 2 entities to deliver efficiencies and savings of US$ 500k.

● Set-up a 99% owned subsidiary in Yemen (Geographic Expansion) in 2008. Yemen delivered US$ 1.3m revenue in 2010.

● Warehousing and distribution outsource, 2010 following consolidation. Though delivered efficiencies ended up costing more than in-house warehousing and distribution, by US$ 231k per annum following minimum Health & safety global standards required.

● Managed SOX documentation and processes, bringing significant improvements efficiencies in UAE
