EXPERIENCE

Vice President – Knust Excavating October 2021 – Current Responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable. I generate all AIA pay applications as well as generate invoices from Quick Books on projects that do not require the AIA format. Additionally, in my hybrid role, I track all projects using Microsoft Project and procure submittals and RFI’s.

Senior Project Manager – Keymark Construction Jan. 2020 – June 2021 Responsible for overall management of the projects assigned to me. Currently I am managing multiple projects that range in value and complexity. Sullivan County Community Hospital behavior health expansion, tenant build-out at Riverside Plaza, Riley Town Hall Community Building, Hydrite Office Building and multi-family housing units for the THHA. Also working with clients on front end budgets and schedules.

Senior Superintendent – FA Wilhelm Construction Feb. 2019-January 2020 Responsible for overall management of the projects assigned to me. Currently I am providing oversight and mentoring PE’s and Superintendents to facilitate healthy growth in their careers.

· Returned to the company I worked for in the beginning of my career.

· Managing the on-site construction of the $200 million Justice Center in Indianapolis.

Pastor – First Baptist Church Sullivan Sept. 2017 - Current I returned to the church I was raised in to encourage and help get the church back to a healthy condition. With my construction background, I was able to oversee and manage upgrades to the sixty-year-old building. I was able to see a 25% increase in attendance in six-months. I enjoy being a bi-vocational pastor helping people navigate life challenges and growing in their faith.

Senior Project Manager-Carter Group November 2016-April 2018 Responsible for estimating, buyout and overall management of the projects assigned to me. Currently have Superintendents, Project Managers and Project Engineers that I am providing oversight and mentoring to facilitate healthy growth in their careers.

· Provide preconstruction services and project management for industrial, office and mixed- use/multi-family projects.

· Completion of Herron Drive Infrastructure project that included a 5-building development.

· Managing the completion of two four-story modular condo buildings – first modular units built in Nashville, TN.

· Design, Planning Commission site-plan approval, permitting, budget, project coordination and project schedule for a 22,000 SF warehouse/office in Spring Hill, TN.

· Preconstruction services including full estimate for a 7-story concrete frame luxury condo building on the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville, TN. Projected cost $18M. Project completion projected for fall of 2018.

· Managing a total renovation of the Ben West Library building in Nashville for Hastings Architects office. Total demo, site improvements and TI cost estimate is 9M.

· Mentoring staff as assigned by manager.

Regional Vice President-Holladay Construction Group January 2016-Nov. 2016 Responsible for daily operations of all construction activities in the South Region. Supervision of office and field staff on a variety of projects in all stages of construction.

· Provide preconstruction services for industrial, office and retail projects.

· Completion of Bridgestone project that was over budget and behind schedule to the complete satisfaction of the tenant.

· Developed scope/schedule/bid documents for large industrial park that includes 750,000 square feet of buildings on master plan.

· Precon, buyout and oversight of tenant improvement projects.

· Close-out of existing projects.

· Reduced overhead and increased productivity with staff replacements. Superintendent/Senior Project Manager-Duke Realty Nov. 2012-Dec. 2015 I had a hybrid roll due to my past experience with Duke as Operations Manager. I worked on the front end of projects and, in some cases, established the budget, solicited multiple bids and issued subcontracts. On other projects I managed the field work and, in both cases was responsible for the project schedule and complete customer satisfaction.

Missionary: Director of Missions/Administration

LifePoint Church Bangkok, Thailand

June 2010-Nov. 2012

As the director of missions and administration I was responsible for church planting, missions training, community service projects and the finances of LifePoint Bangkok Campus.

· Started a church with Thai leaders in Bangkok.

· Developed and facilitated 6-week Mission Training School for 9 Interns from our home church in Tennessee.

· Managed campus budget for 2010-2012 and projected budget for 2013. Missionary-LifePoint Church June 2008-June 2010

Moved to Jarinu Sao Paulo, Brazil and worked with an established missionary there to oversee construction projects in the slum community, leadership development and taught basic trade skills to the poor living in the slums.

· Led weekly Bible studies on the property and trained lay leaders.

· Supervised the building of bus shelter and renovation of ministry center.

· Taught property maintenance skills to young Brazilians. Supt/PM/Operations Manager-Duke Construction May 1997-June 2008 Responsible for daily operations of all construction activities in Nashville, Tennessee. Included management of office and field personnel, writing subcontracts and maintaining relationships with the subcontractors and clients.

· Managed the construction of multiple shell buildings, both office and industrial.
