Career Objective:
To find interesting and engaging full time employment, be it administrative assistance or labor. I would particularly enjoy copywriting for a growing company, which would means editing, proof-reading and creating copy for them so that everything in print which represented them would be compelling and perfect.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Education, majoring in Botany (Zoology minor) in 1971. Student taught at Effingham High School. Graduate work in Neurobiology at the University of Illinois in the early 1970s.
Work Experience:
Inspected, assembled and finished chairs, rocking chairs, gliders, stools, sofas, easy chairs and davenports, tea tables, end tables, dressers and shelves for Simply Amish in Arcola, Illinois from February 2022 to the present. Prepared shipments from the Gun Cage, and moved and loaded general freight with a fork lift and helped with taking inventory at Rural King in Charleston and Mattoon, Illinois from 2018 to February 2022.
Coauthored and published with Carol Marrs Phipps, Elf Killers and the epic Fantasy series, Heart of the Staff, which includes six stand alone books, Good Sister, Bad Sister, The Collector Witch, Stone Heart, The Burgeoning, The Reaper Witch and Doom, available through Amazon,, from May 2012 to the present. We have also published, Wham!, and Then the first and second books of our new series, Timewalker.
