EMCOR Government Services, EGS- Oct 2021 Nov 2022- Initiated startup of new contract for IDA (FFRDC) agency for EMCOR in Alexandria, VA. Standing up the site included being responsible for all MEP as well as cleaning. Total of 25 employees at initiation of contract.

EMCOR Government Services, EGS- June 2021 to Oct 2021 - Provided oversight at Department of Energy as a Construction Manager, (IDIQ Manager) while waiting for next assignment. Oversight of multiple commercial jobs which were designated from client by need and importance. All jobs were managed to ensure quality of performance and to land on time and under budget. Site in Germantown MD, and Washington DC-Forrestal building.

EMCOR Facility Services, CES- Project Manager April 2018 to June 2021. United States Pharmacopeial Convention Center. Initiated Start-up of new contract for EMCOR consisting of three buildings, two in Rockville one in Frederick MD. Standing up sites consisted of maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in addition to night shift custodial staff. A total of 20 staff members who maintained 218,971 square ft in Rockville and 63,000 in Frederick MD.

EMCOR Government Building Services, EGS- Arlington VA

Project Manager, Sept 2015 to April of 2018 for EMCOR at the National Foreign Affairs Training Center (NFATC) for State Department in Arlington, Va. In charge of 72 Acre Facility with 11 buildings maintaining 652,000 square ft. of floor space. The project included fourteen-member Mechanical staff, Planner Estimator, Administrative staff, as well as two Custodial Supervisors with a cleaning crew consisting of 48 members.

EMCOR Government Services, EGS- Site Lead-Charlottesville VA, Nov 2011 to Sept 2015. Initiated Start up for new DIA facility. Gained Top Secret Clearance with initial Polygraph and SCIF clearance. Standing site up consisted of overseeing all Mechanicals, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical along with Custodial staff. Ten EMCOR employee’s total.
