Electrical Power & Control: Installation, Operation and Maintenance of 1250KVA cummins Ignition Diesel Engines for baggasse fired Power Plant boiler startup also commisioning of DSC controller for DG control.

Cable Tray Fabrication, lying and dressing along root properly.

LV, MV & HV Generation, transmission (Overhead & under ground), Distribution & protection control along Bus bar continuity check.

Installation of XLPE armored HT cable for Transmission and do proper termination kit for high tension vovolta.

Turbine section: Installation of oil assembly line of 11.3 MW back pressure & 3.1 MW condensing turbines for rigid and flexible coupling lubrication & turbine hydrolic actuator as per drawing. Check all safeties i.e solenoid trip, over speed trip & drain oil tripping unit.

Installation and operation of I (mA) to H actuator for governing control of turbine.

Involve with overhaul and maintenance of steam turbine i.e throttle valve, thrust pad, gear bearing, rotor maintenance etc.

Installation of surface condenser of 900 cubic meter to condensate steam.

Installation & operation of Vaccum pump and condensate multistage pumps with condenser for condensing Low pressure turbine.

Installation, operation and maintenance of cooling tower along with 1800 cubic meter pumps to maintain DT =10 c.

Instrument work : Involved with installation of different types of instruments for master control i.e RTDs & Thermo-couple along with TT, Orifice plate for measurement Line flow, Level transmitter, pressure transmitter, pressure switch, proximity sensors, magnetic pickup units etc.

Expert to understand all types of control and power SLDs, PIDs, hydrolic system diagrams as well as civil diagrams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervision of all pre-commissioning and commissioning testing of all electrical equipment’s like generator, motors, VFDs, Soft Starters, switchgears, transformers, instruments, cables etc. according to relevant codes and standards.

Estimate and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment’s, tools required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.

Interpret construction drawings and study the contract documents, BOQs, applicable standards and specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

Responsible to plan the execution of all electrical related works and to co-ordinate the works with mechanical and civil groups.

Responsible to submit site daily progress reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis as required.

Responsible for the safety of all electrical groups, personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable HSE standards.

Troubleshooting Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Periodic maintenance TBM (Time Based Management), Predictive maintenance of SCD (Safety critical devices).
