Ensuring equipment functions properly.

Preparing surgical rooms for procedures.

Maintaining endoscopic equipment, including cleaning, disinfecting, and calibrating instruments according to manufacturer guidelines, and stocking supplies.

Assisting physicians and Nurses while perform endoscopic procedures.

Collecting specimens and biopsies from patients.

Collaborating effectively with other care providers regarding procedures and patient conditions

Staying current on endoscopy developments by reading literature, speaking with colleagues, or participating in professional organizations.

Set up and calibrate anesthesia administration equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order, Mindray A-5 Anesthesia Machine.

Prepare patients for anesthesia administration by providing them with information on what to expect about their procedure or surgery.

Assist anesthesiologist with intubation and extubating.

Position patients so that they are lying down comfortably and allow access to the anesthetist.

Provide anesthetists with information on patients’ histories and medical backgrounds.

Maintain anesthesia medication, supplies, and equipment in accordance with needs and schedules.

Clean, organize, and maintain anesthesia workrooms, supplies, and equipment according to established standards.

Prepare and maintain patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems to meet the needs of various patient groups.

Assist with the transport of patients and laboratory specimens, always ensuring the safety of both.

Weekly transport current medical orders to physician’s office for signature

Provide oral/written administrative and nursing reports.

Provide accurate personal care to resident per/their care plan.

Preform all vital signs.

Preforms and completes prevention, restorative care, and all required ADL care.

Follows all infections control procedures outlined by policies and procedures.
