I work as a contact tracer for the PADOH. I started in outbound calls and now I am in inbound. Not only do we handle all incoming calls as tracers for covid-19 we also take calls for travel protocol, vaccine information, positive case reporting which we email information to proper county for business/Schools or to correct department at PADOH as well.
