Remote closer responsible for maintaining a large pipeline and support of loan origination teams. I possess advanced Encompass skills and TRID/RESPA experience. My duties have included preparing the initial closing disclosure, all redisclosures and change of circumstance. Preparing accurate closing documents to send to the settlement agent. I balance all closing fees and credits for the final closing disclosure and order the funds to wire to closing. I fund all loans with accurate review and will authorize funding if all docs and signatures are correct, especially when closing in Trust or using a Power of attorney and all Underwriter conditions have been cleared. I work on all types of loans including Conventional, VA, USDA and bond loans for several states and HUD closings.
