Coordinated and mobilized emergency medical resources for rapid deployment to the Ghana Armed Forces COVID 19 Field hospital. This was done in real time. within fourteen days
Responsible for the human resources planning and management of the field hospital.it includes daily staff welfare and work attendance.
The compilation and submitting of daily incident reports, this includes data on morbidity and mortality.
Responsible for logistics management and the submitting logistics report for restocking and procurement. That includes all biomedical engineering requirements and repairs.

Responsible for coordinating daily routine meetings with departmental heads.
Established and maintained minute by minute communication with the Ghana National COVID 19 Management team at the office of the president.
Coordinator for African Peacekeeping for Rapid Response Partnership. This was Defense assisted program with the United States State Department and Department of Defense with four African Countries (Ghana, Senegal, Uganda and Rwanda) to rapidly respond and deploy anywhere in the world under emergency circumstances.
