My duties, roles and responsibilities during this period included, but were not limited to, the following:
Having been attached to Criminal Investigations Department from 2003 to 2013, conducted a number of high profile investigations and work alongside various units within the TTPS on strategies for crime fighting initiatives and preventions.
Did intelligence gathering and seizure of stolen vehicles throughout Trinidad and Tobago
Conducted analysis on data and submitted findings from law enforcement operations for reports to the ACP Crime.
Participated in numerous overt and covert drug and organized crime sting operations, and surveillance exercises.
Investigated crime, and all infractions of the law reported to the TTPS and was successful in many convictions.
Supervised and mentored young Officers under my command as Shift Leader.
As a Police Motor Cyclist I was attached to the President Escort Detail which involved the planning and execution of specialized routes to get the President to and from one destination to the next, safely.
Also did other high profile escorts which included Dignitaries, Prime Ministers and Ambassadors along with Church Pilgrimages.

Note: I was granted official Leave by the Commissioner of Police to take up two, one year contract position at NWRHA
Supervised the daily Security Operations of the NWRHA St. Ann’s Hospital and five other satellite Mental Health Wellness Centers.
Reviewed the CCTV System and was the Project Lead in the implementation and expansion of CCTV Coverage at St. Ann’s Hospital.
A member of the Evaluation Committee for the CCTV Expansion project.
Did a Risk Assessments to ensure that St. Ann’s Hospital was properly secured and to help control Ward 27 which houses Court Ordered patients (Prisoners).
Help developed Security Standing Orders, Policies and Procedures for the St. Ann’s Hospital which resulted in the reduction in the loss of daily goods, stocks and patients escaping the facility.
The Security Standing Orders and Polices was also instrumental in the managing of the other Satellite Centers.
Worked alongside the HSE Department to developed draft Emergency Response Plans for the St. Ann’s Hospital.
Networked and collaborated with various response units of the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service, and other Emergency Response agencies to provide timely assistance during emergency and support situations such as hurricane disaster in 2017 where several trees fell on the compound. Also in March 2016 where six escaped remanded patients (prisoners) was recaptured.
Investigated various reports with recommendations in a timely manner to the Manager Security Services and the Hospital Administrator.
Was a part of the Hospital Monthly Management Committee in strategic decision making.
Strategic checking and signing of monthly time sheets, which resulted in the reduction of the Security monthly bill.
