logistic area in Tanta, Egypt from 2020 as a soft services manager.
My responsibilities are,
•Follow up day-to-day club operation/Soft Services with respect to Cleaning, Pest Control, and Landscaping.
• Waste management to enforce all local codes and best practices in regard to cleaning and to ensure waste disposal and environmental action in order to have a clean & hygienic and safe environment.
•Chemical usage and dilution & machines managment.
•Follow up Buildings and ground maintenance principles and working procedures to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and service excellence throughout the club for all members.
•Yearly budget plan, consumption analysis, furniture inventory, Monthly purchasing request, weekly
warehouse requests, control cleaning machines &
materials and chemicals.
•Monitor " Membres Satisfaction" results &Handling their needs and complaints. Staff plan and schedule for buildings, open areas, playgrounds, sports halls and staff training, grooming standards, daily attendants sheet, duty roster, and Monthly reports.
•Works in achieving KPI targets for self and department are met.
• Follow up on Health & Safety legislation in relation to Facilities Management Services.
• Deliver operational support for all events in order to achieve set goals and targets for the company.
