I have over a decade in food service, restaurant and at home cooking. My most recent employment was with Sweet Tomatoes before the pandemic forced the owner to close the doors of all Souplantation and Sweet tomatoes. I was with Sweet Tomatoes for approximately 3 years. My job title was Salad Bar Attendant, setting up the salad bar for the day, mixing ingredients for featured salads such as the Caesar salad, following the recipe and food safety standards. I also was lead cashier, rarely if ever had and discrepancies. I was also the most mentioned employee for the surveys.
Before that I was employed with Hometown Buffet for two years as a shift lead. I attended the hot bar, salad bar, and dessert bar and any prep that wasn't complete during the day. In the bakery i would bake fresh cookies, decorate and slice cakes and clean up at the end of the shift. I also cashiered when needed or bussed tables and helped management with customer concerns and issues.
