-Vetting participants and registering them in the Internews accounting system.

-Support the purchase of flight tickets and stationery items for the office.

-Assist with routine office work such as photocopying and scanning of documents.

-Ensure the vehicle is clean and in good running condition.

-Regularly monitor the vehicle insurance and alert the admin on renewal status.
