1-I have been working as Community Mobilizer in the (Education section) at the Asia Community Development Organization (ACDO) NGO since 2022.

Duties and responsibilities:

Conducting surveys and assessments in the communities and provide feedback and suggestions for the strengthening and development of the education program.

Create positive relations with community through regular meetings and discussion for identifying and addressing education needs and issues.

Leading community-based mobilization and sensitization meetings, introduce the project activities to community members and project beneficiaries.

Supporting project location and project beneficiaries targeting strategy and criteria.

Create plans for establishing School Shura with community members and elders to monitor and support the education activities in the community.

Working with community to identify education needs, create work plan, assuring that community members are supporting the education program and School Shura members.

Arranging the monthly, quarterly and annual work plans of the relevant department in accordance with the general plan of the department, in order to achieve the objectives set by the relevant department;

Deciding on the realization of the goals and programs of the relevant department;

Creating a standard database and related section;

Record information in the database and prevent its loss;

Establish a comprehensive coordination mechanism within the office to exchange better and more effective information and ensure high quality information;

Scanning, checking, recording, and organizing.

Scan and digitalize all the data based on policy and method and upload them to the box drive regularly.

To have communication with the center office and projects for managing their data centralization and maintenance process.

Keep and update archiving process according to the global standards by brainstorming new systems and methods of data keeping management.

Files are to be coded using sequential numbers for each project/donor funded and placed inside a plastic protection sheet (box files) as soon as completely scanned in hard drive.

Each donor/project activities videos, photos, or any other evidence to be achieved in the right section of archive filing system.

Records and data are important and have potential value. Archivist should preserve and catalogues these records in such a way so people can access the in the future, ensuing they are nor lost and forgotten.

Prepare and list all administrative documents and present them at the appropriate time for those in charge of affairs in order to achieve the goals of the office.

Control over the preservation of documents received from the relevant departments in the archive to prevent the loss and loss of documents.
