Conducted end-to-end testing on the VCA and Banfield Pet Wellness Plan membership website, verifying UI features such as ordering, payment processing, and checkout functions.

Created test scenarios, prepared test cases, logged defects, and tracked and updated them in Azure DevOps and Jira.

Maintained a traceability matrix to ensure each requirement had at least one test case assigned, achieving complete test coverage.

Executed UI test cases on the VCA and Banfield Wellness application, logging defects in Jira and conducting smoke and regression testing for newly released features.

Validated and debugged API request and response data invoked from the VCA app using Chrome UI Developer tools.
