Experience

Walgreens Corona, Ca. Aug. 2022- June 2023

Customer Service Associate- Primary function was cashiering. Other duties included stocking and straightening merchandise on shelves, assisting customers as needed, assisting in the photo department, changing signage and merchandise tags. Assisted with other duties as needed.

Club Demonstration Services, Costco, Eastvale, Ca Aug. 2021-Aug. 2022

Product Demonstrator – Explain and provide samples of various products to Costco Members as requested. Cooperate with Costco Management to ensure that services are given in a safe and sanitary environment. Keep our areas clean and free of any obstructions.

M.K. Marketing, Eastvale, Ca. Jan. 2020-Aug. 2021

Product Demonstrator – Worked inside Costco meeting with members and explaining our products and giving out samples. Placed on furlough in March of 2020 due to the pandemic. We have not been allowed to return to work at this time.

We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air, Murrieta, Ca. Oct. 2015-December 2019

Lead Generator- Our display is located inside the local Costco Membership Store. Duties are to greet customers that are in the store shopping and introduce and explain to them the products that we are offering. If they are interested we set up appointments thru our office staff via e-mail and phone calls.

Lowes Hardware, Riverside, Ca. July 2014- April 2015

Sales Associate- Assisted customers in all areas of the store including electrical, flooring, plumbing, appliances, paint, etc. Checked out customers at register. Also worked the “Lead” table assisting customers with new projects and provided these leads to our in house sales professionals.

Blue Dot Safes, Pomona, Ca. August 2005- April 2010- April 2012- December 2012

Project Manager- Assisted customers such as Nike, Converse, Advanced Auto Parts, Starbucks and many other “High Visibility” accounts with their security needs as required. Took phone calls and emails from customers requesting assistance with getting their safes opened or repaired. Also assisted customers with other security issues such as making keys, building IC Cores, supplying security hardware and finding locksmiths to have them installed at the job site. I was also required to take after hour’s calls if needed to assist customers locked out of their safes.

American Security Products (Amsec) Fontana, Ca. April 2010- April 2012

Technical Support Representative- Assisted customers with security related issues as needed. Assisted them with opening safes as well as locating and dispatching locksmiths to the job site if they were unable to be opened over the phone. Also provided locksmiths with information that would be needed to work on the company’s safes. This would include drill points needed to open the safe, hardware needed to make the repairs as well as any other technical information available to assist the technician while he was on site.
