My role entails the overall management of the gym of an upcoming brand in the lifestyle and health arena. I am the person to provide the following to:

● Oversee the day-to-day running of the facility, give attention to the minor details, so that there are no complaints from patrons making use of the facility. This includes ensuring the environment is clean & hygienic, safe, and secure for all patrons

● People Management: ensuring that absent management and disciplinary processes are dealt with quickly and effectively. If any team dynamic issues arise, it is my responsibility to ensure these grievances are addressed and dealt with in a win-win outcome. Currently manage a team of 18, however, before Covid 19 the team consisted of 26 employees.
