CTP-Team Italy daughter company of BEDESCHI provided industrial solutions in cement industry, we study the existing Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP), measure existing flow rates, pressure, and temperature, check the feasibility to convert into bag house by using maximum existing units and layout during conversion to control dust emission from cement plant. Our technology is SAWP (sonic wave acceleration pulse technology which consume 50% less compressed air and power and provide more filtering area in the same existing setup by modification, we done 7 projects in Pakistan.
Magotteaux-Belgium (Grinding mills up gradation)
We are dealing with Magotteaux-Belgium for grinding mills up gradation we provide preliminary study of grinding circuit check all possible ways to enhance more productivity at less power which is beneficial to reduce power consumption in cement grinding units. Our products (Grinding media, liner plates we use our techniques to reduce dead zone in the ball mill and maintain proper airflow and material flow by using our diaphragm.
