I am Aaron Nyamaponda aged 42 and a qualified truck driver with 7 years of experience and a clean driving record. I am comfortable working in a highly critical, fast paced environment which has shifting priorities ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods without incident and coordinating times with receiving customers.I am capable of driving 1000 + km according to applicable safety procedures, with a pro-active approach to occupational health and safety.

I used Afrit Super link trailers for carrying copper not tippers but l am very willing to learn to operate a side or back tipper if there is room for that.

I require a visa sponsorship to relocate.

Long- distance driving

Worked as a long distance truck driver, delivering raw materials from South Africa to Congo DR and copper from Congo DR to South Africa.l pulled a super link Afrit trailer.Driving during the day and during the night. Ensuring that all load documentation required to move with freight is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies freight when delivered.

Duties

I load and offload while estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight.

Vehicle check

I ensure the vehicle is kept in a clean and tidy manner and I carry out minor maintenance tasks such as checking vehicle (oil, water, diesel, air pressure, fan belt and safety conditions etc.).

Reporting
