Bridging management/supervisors and associate relations by addressing demands and grievances in a non-union environment.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Ensures compliance with Kentucky state and federal laws and regulations, and public agency governance including, EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, USERRA, worker’s compensation and records management and retention.

Provide advice and guidance to staff and management on legal and regulated matters in these areas to mitigate liability.
