Even if I would never see the person again, I make sure always to make them feel welcome and valued, as we are all on this planet together. We all have a purpose: the rich, poor, person with substance use disorders, or engineers. We were created equal.

My personal goal is to have an excellent work-life balance, spend more time with my family and raise my kids to be good human beings. I want to be more involved in the community and give back by being more engaged with the church and helping others in need. I want to have a more flexible career and be able to dedicate my time to their school. My long-term goal is to return to school and get my DNP, but now I want to compensate for the lost time and activities I have missed with my kids in the last three years.
