Education And Training
Qualified Electronics, Mechanical, Wire and Cable Assembler. I learned a lot on the job working. I enjoy doing this kind of work and want to learn more. Want to work into being Electronic Engineer Technician. I am very detail oriented. Like learning and working over time. I don't like being late show up on time ready to work. • Used compound and put under ultra violet light to harden faster.
• Soldered fine wires onto trace cut PCB's. QC, Test, labeled and packaged. Solder thru hole/SMT components to PCB. Solder ribbon cable from PCB to another and assembled into ignition switch boxes, then test.
•
Wire mods and shrink tubing. Bonded piggy back components on PCB. Masked components on PCB.
•
Rework and cleaned PCB's in degrease machine. Inspected co-workers finished PCB's.
•
• Used solder pot to tint leads on connectors and wires. Used power tools to assemble box together with spacers and screws. Labeled PCB's and finished ignition switch boxes.
•
Joined parts to assemble using hand (air) tools and machines (press fit). Board separator machine and punch press.
•
Built mother boards. Prepped components with hand tools and prep machine. masked components
