Main Task are to collect shop drawings, reviewed the shop drawings, to make sure the drawings are prepared as per contract requirement, and all the applicable code were followed. After the review and comments, forward all the shop drawings to concerned agencies for review and approval. All the approved shop drawings are returned to the contractor for use in the field installation. Also kept shop drawing logs and update regularly.
Review the structural stability of the sign structure and make sure that during construction structural standards were followed.

Reviewed and counter checked all the high strength bolts connections from the standard drawings, to make sure that the right size and strength bolts will be sued for all the connections.
Updated material logs for every location on the project and checked material quantities are correct for each location.
Check the item list for all the material that will be used. Compare the items material certificate with standard specifications. Make sure all the material followed the standard code required as per ASTM requirements.
Review CPM and weekly schedules. Notify the contractor if any changes are required.
Review contractor monthly payments. Compare the payment quantities with inspector’s reports. Check all the material requirements to be certified.
Prepare project progress meeting agenda. Take notes for minutes of meetings. Prepare and distribute minutes to all the attendees. Make changes if there are any comments.
Attend weekly safety meetings at contractor yard.
Review and comments all the RFI’s submitted by contractor. After review and comments, forward to concerned agencies for review and comments.
Review contractor weekly payroll reports. Compare the rates with Prevailing wages and make sure that rates are paid by the standard.
Prepare project quantities estimates to make sure that all the quantities that will be used are included in the project quantity estimates. Prepare all the overrun quantities estimate, to make sure that all the overrun items will be paid by using current underrun items and not to overrun project cost.
