Core Accomplishments Project Management:

- Identified market differentiating services to strategically grow the radiology and imaging services

(PI, regulatory, and billing components were maintained), physician support of the trials initiated were approved by content experts (eliminating concern for competing trials, and they met the inclusion criteria of the population that we serve,) and ensured internal IRB oversight was obtained.

-Developed roles to improve the financial stability and patient satisfaction in the Radiology service line by recruiting patient navigators and nurse practitioners to provide support for high-risk mammography program.
