A proactive and result driven person with strong analytical skill for finance and audit activities. KEY ACHIEVEMENT
Ghana Health Service- Maamobi General Hospital – I developed effective checklist to achieve the audit work plan for audit to strengthen the internal control environment.
Ghana Health Service- Nima Government Clinic -: I was the first person to generate the audit report for Management and Regional level. This was compiled with the Greater Accra Regional Audit Report to Ghana Health Service.
Ghana Health Service – Nima Government Clinic-: Led the Team on special Audit assignment at Ussher Polyclinic and Makola Government Clinic. The audit revealed high revenue leakages of GH¢ 12,000 which was refunded by persons involved after consistent interactions with management.
Ghana Health Service – Nima Government Clinic-: I successfully negotiated and secured sponsorship for a 40foter container for filing folders, building of washroom for patients by Irish Friends of Accra and a cash of GHS 10,000 to build an incinerator for the clinic as Ambassador for Corporate Social Responsibility sponsorship. Secured sign write up for all offices and directional sign post.
Ghana Health Service- Nima Government Clinic-: As the acting National Health Insurance coordinator, I trained and teamed work with two people to submit claims of GHS 20,000 on time and with few rejections.
Ghana Health Service – Nima Government Clinic-: as the Acting Administrator, I prepared half year and annual clinic reports from 2014 for presentation at District level by the Head of BMC. I handled perfectly all administrative issued for Peer Review assessment which we placed second on Clinic level. I constantly recorded all minutes and typed them for every Heads of Units, Management and Staff Durbars held in the clinic.
Ghana Health Service- Nima Government Clinic-: Trained and mentored service personnel and from 2015 to date and they worked efficiently with team building spirit at all units they were posted till they completed service.
Calvary Baptist Church Teshie: Prepared the church annual budgets for 2021- 2023 and presented to leaders and all church member as the Finance member.
