My aim is to make each interaction positive. Each day I try to greet everyone that walks in the door with an enthusiastic “good morning!” I enjoy interacting with regular customers and wowing new customers so they will return. I absolutely enjoy saving someone money when a discount applies regardless if they’re aware. I educate customers about products, services and the return policy. I operate the return counter daily and process every refund and exchange. Between those returns I perform regular purchase transactions as well. I’m responsible for counting all money in the store, making change as needed, keeping detailed reconciliation and once completed I open the store for the business day. In an effort to be a team player I volunteer to help departments on the sales floor during downtime. I help with everything from cleaning the dirtiest areas on a regular basis to safety flagging for our forklift drivers and many duties in between.

In Accounts Receivable I performed several duties. I reconciled and accounts for all monies received through parts or service for 5 dealership locations daily. I provided reimbursements for returned parts or service refunds for customers. I also provided administrative support for the Sales department. In addition to answering phone calls, organizing and filing as well as registering vehicles online and issuing temporary license plates. In the role of Senior Advisor, it was my job to provide excellent customer service to vehicle owners that called in with concerns. My duties included evaluating facts of a business case to determine if the manufacturer should provide financial assistance with a customer's repair costs. I also directly handled complaints about dealerships along with their vehicle concerns.
