• Manages day-to-day operations of Human Resources activities including on-boarding, off-boarding, benefit administration, Payroll, compliance reporting, new hire orientation, Talent acquisition and other HR related activity.

• Manages and maintains all facets of the onboarding cycle for office and remote employees ensuring timely processing and compliance: New Hire paperwork, HRIS processing and management, administering I-9s & E- Verify.

• Manages and maintains the offboarding cycle for voluntary terminations by preparing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.

• Processing semi-monthly, monthly and off-cycle, multi-state payroll (exempt & non-exempt).

• Opening state SUI and SIT and administering all the state agencies paperwork by referring to ADP or resolving by calling the agency customer care.

• Independently manages multi-state payroll and related activities including computation of wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, paycheck advances, bonus runs, commissions, fringe benefit reporting, and separation payments.

• Serves as client representative with various state agencies including setting up of new States and local tax jurisdictions as needed.

• Performs benefits administration which include enrollments, terminations, and open enrollment.

• Administers COBRA, ADA, FMLA, Unemployment, and Workers Compensation.

• Supports the coordination of all recruiting activities including sourcing, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, supporting candidates through the interview and initial onboarding process, acting as a candidate liaison throughout the recruiting process.

• Assist HR Operations with legal compliance by monitoring applicable HR federal and state requirements for the assigned Business Units.
