Profile I am a Mainframe Technology Lead with over 25 years experience in Health care, Automotive, State and Federal Government, and Financial applications. I have performed analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation on many projects following the Systems Life Cycle Methodology. I have written and revised thousands of programs using COBOL, PL1 and TELON. I have performed 24/7 production support with my team members for Health Care, Automotive and Financial systems. Mainframe Tech Lead at Teksystems, Remote Denver, colorado Client was Target Stores Corporation. I wrote many Cobol db2 programs and Did Production support with a mainframe team from Minnesota. This was an Agile environment. 06/2018 – 08/2020

Mainframe Tech Lead at Toyota Corporation Headquarters, Plano, Texas Currently assisting in analysis and testing of Toyota Financial Corporate Systems. Working the onshore offshore Infosys model with both teams. 05/2017 – 12/2017 Infosys, Citibank Client, Ofallon, Missouri Mainframe Tech Lead on Citibank Retail Bank applications. I jumped in immediately and started doing simple, medium and complex batch program changes to many different programs assigned to me. I volunteered to take on more work than I was originally assigned. I was part of a small Citibank Retail Banking team to do this project. I performed unit testing on all the program changes I was responsible for. This was cobol and vsam technology for all program changes. I did jcl and proc updates. I converted docugen code to hp extream code.

02/2017 – 04/2017 Infosys, CareFirst Client, Owings Mills, Maryland Mainframe Tech lead on modernization and decommissioning of mainframe applications project. I was the mainframe Tech Lead interfacing with both the Client and the Infosys Modernization team to provide details about decommissioning 108 CareFirst mainframe applications. I used all the necessary mainframe tools to provide reports on application programs, jobs and files to be decommissioned. I was part of a small Core team tasked to do this project for CareFirst. My part was finished efficiently in two months. 11/2015 – 01/2017 Infosys, Citigroup Client, Omaha Nebraska Production support role coordinating onshore and off shore resources. Working from home I modified any JCL changes needed for offshore team and implemented the JCL in OPC for Automation of jobs. I implemented several applications in OPC. I coordinated with the Citigroup offshore test teams to implement this automated job

01/2014 – 01/2015 California Medicaid Project, Sacramento,CA Developer and Production Support team member

For this IBM assignment I was a Cobol Vsam developer coding and testing a new subsystem in the California Medicaid system to pay Child Health Disability Program providers the mandated bump in claim payment based on recent Federal mandated legislature. I am cloning several programs from a similar project and making the appropriate changes to allow them to fit within the new subsystem. 03/2013 – 01/2014 IBM Internal Financials Worldwide AMS Project in MDC, East Lansing, MI

A.I.W. Developer and Production Support team member For this IBM internal assignment I was a PL1/DB2 developer and a Production Support team member responsible for making sure all the hundreds of jobs which compose this Financial system run without any interruptions. If there are job a bends, we have to analyze the job in error and correct it as soon as possible to meet the time requirements for Financials to be created for the IBM executives and management team. In my six month development role, I was responsible for re-writing the largest AIW existing Reclass PL1 DB2 program to handle the Non Ledger reclassification of data.

02/2012 - 02/2013 IBM Internal Smarter AMS Project in MDC, East Lansing, MI Smarter AMS Centre of Excellence team member

For one year, a small band of MDC IBMERs rolled out the Ticket Analytics and Root Cause Analysis tools from the IBM labs to the 150 plus AMS accounts in the USA and also for AMS accounts internationally. Our job was to collect the Account's tickets and run the tickets via our tools we have from the IBM Labs and produced a presentation to the AMS Account DPE in hopes of saving the AMS Account time and money. Also, we were in a development mode to take the Ticket Analytics tool from a advanced Excel Spreadsheet with VBA Macros technology to the Web Platform with DB2 database technology and Cognos reporting. As of January 2013, all new Sales Endeavours will have the new web platform tools included in the sales initiative and other AMS existing accounts plus International AMS accounts will have the option to procure these same tools for a minimal cost.

• As part of this project, actively involved in the enrolment-redesign process that takes care of sending the Medicare enrolment transactions to CMS (Centre of Medicaid and Medicare systems) and accept return transactions into the Q/Care system.
