Led Lean (NOS) journey focusing on waste elimination in pursuit of quality/productivity targets within assigned portfolio, leading 6 sites to successful Lean (NOS) Certification.

-Achieved attrition labor cost avoidance of $480k by leading a cross-functional project to develop a global Hourly Onboarding Standard.

-Led several DMAIC projects resulting in over $582k in savings, with an additional $1M in financial exposure reduction of claims filled/paid within the client network.

-Mentored 5 GB Certification & in project execution, delivering $365k in Neovia and $160k in client savings. Supported 2 new client launches and project management for a client WMS launch.
