• To review weekly the situation of the field personnel who is below the minimum PWE utilization and of the field personnel who may be at home for too long (based of forecasted activity)

• To maximize personnel utilization, participate in planning for training sessions, in consultation with the operations manager,

• To assist in the QID preparation, as needed.

• To be fully aware all the time, about offshore passes, and renewal in time

• People with BV need most of the time, visa extension, and exit permits the day they travel back home, to be sure all is in line, and ensure smooth travel back.

• To ensure all assigned people have a valid OMC, BOSIET, HUET, and H2S Certificate and offshore passes at all times, and ensure, their renewal is done one month before expiration

• Ensure Dawinci system is all correct and updated accordingly.

• To have a file with all personnel and with the validity date of their certificates

• To keep a soft copy in the personnel file on the server with all valid certificates for all people.

• Person focal point for travel management of all personnel assigned to Qatar and manage

• Field Personnel flight booking from/to their residences to the country of operations

• Hotel bookings and/or Guest House and/or hotel

arrangements for every field personnel traveling to/from the rig site.

• Chopper bookings for every operator coming/going from/to the rig site (when necessary)

• Flight arrangements for base Personnel assigned to Qatar

• No flight booking for Personnel should be made without the traveler Manager’s approval

• To make all flight bookings to the rig site.

• To ensure personnel is informed in advance about his travel on-site, the shopper’s timing, and the driver’s arrival time.

• To ensure the driver is available at least one hour before the check-in for the flight.

• Generally, to be communicated to all personnel: in case there is no driver or the driver is delayed for any reason, to take a taxi immediately.

To be the focal point for the Office management by:

• Manage the transportation of personnel from/to the office when necessary.

• To oversee office supplies (stationery, ink cartridges, cleaning products, etc.)

• To be fully responsible for the up keeping of the Office and warehouse by arranging regular cleaning shifts and managing the cleaning staff.

• Re-arrange all documents in the office as per FAM instruction and procedure

To be the focal point for the Guest house management with, when needed, the support of the base technician by:

• Manage the transportation of personnel from/to the Guesthouse

• To oversee the guest house supplies and contracts (water, cleaning products, Internet, Phones, electricity, etc.)

• To be fully responsible for the upkeep of both Guesthouses by arranging regular cleaning shifts and managing the cleaning company.

• To manage bedroom utilization by the operators in both guest houses

Receiving and routing incoming calls

· Receiving and dispatching incoming and outgoing documents

· Greeting and directing visitors/ guests as per the office norms

· Monitoring and ordering of office supplies: toners/cartridges and stationeries

· Handling petty cash for office expenses
