1.Unloading of Import Containers
1.1Unloading of boxes from container down to respective places in the warehouse

2.2Maintain a systematic and organized monthly and yearly inventory report
3.Issuance
3.1Receives material request (MR) from accessories coordinator and prepares requested trims for issuance
3.2Closely coordinates with sewing and finishing clerk, accessories coordinator, sub-con for the balance trims issuance
3.3Prepares materials/trims for bring into Keygold and return shipment in case there are incorrect shipment from Hongkong
3.4Keeping excess trims for stock that might be useable for future orders accordingly

3.4Prepares fabrics for sending in case there are returm shipment due to incorrect importation from Hongkong.
