Contract Student Services (8/2022 – Present)

ACT-1 Federal is a government contractor located in the U.S. specializing in Integrated Program Management Solutions.

Manage Course database registering 1200 students annually and accurately. Utilize MAJCOM Directives prioritizing students for eight Initial Qualification Courses (IQT). Coordinate with Sister Services, Reserve and Guard Components, International Students issue Training Line Numbers (TLN) along with process out-of-cycle quota request in OTA.

Operate MilPDS through Oracle, manage no-shows, enter, and graduate students upon completion of training, conduct semiannual audits for accurate records.

Provide Customer Service answering student questions, to Active-Duty students, coordinate with Guard, Reserve and Sister Services. Coordinate Air Combat Command (ACC) Funded students with billeting and rental car.

ITA is a government contractor located in the U.S. and in the Middle East. Worked in partnership with seven contract instructors, supervised by a GS employee, to train a maximum of 28 students in the 371 SOCTS course to gain a broader understanding of operating in areas with a special operations mission.

Assisted team in the facilitation of the following courses: Tactical Shooting; Tactical Casualty Combat Care (TCCC) Land Navigation; Small Unit Tactics; Active Shooter Training; Flight Deck Denial; and Defensive Driving courses.

The Rockhill Group (TRG)

Operations Planner (2/2021 – 2/2022)

TRG is a government contractor and operates in 37 CONUS and 2 OCONUS locations, supporting over 100,000 mishap-free flight hours in 23 different aircraft platforms. 2

In Nuclear Area Supervisor role, managed 70 employees located over 8,500 square miles with day-to-day security operations and scheduling of personnel.

Secured security of $3.3 billion sector of Nuclear Triad by securing land-based Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, allowing only authorized personnel to conduct maintenance, transport, and installation/removal.

Inspected, inventoried, documented, and secured classified information and equipment.

Reviewed, documented, and performed spot inspections on 400+ unit training records. Certified compliance of all personnel within training mandates, policies, and procedures. Opened and closed of secured facility ensured all classified documents, drives, media were properly secured, and end of day checklist completed, and alarms set.

In Military Training Instructor Supervisor role, supervised 15 Instructors. This team successfully graduated more than 36,000 trainees each year, replenishing the ranks of the U.S. Air Force.

Conducted 200+ scheduled and non-scheduled Instructor evaluations, ensuring instructors’ teaching proficiency during their initial 30/90/180-day evaluations for certification.

Observed Instructors in the classroom to ensure they followed proper teaching standards and all U.S. Air Force policy and procedures.

In Flight Chief role, conducted roll call and passed written/oral instructions to subordinates by posting roster. Clarified workloads and schedules to ensure that all areas had certified personnel in correct positions. Made post changes based on mission requirements.

Supervised 60+ Airmen. Responsible for securing more than $5.2 billion of protection Level-1 through Level-4 resources and facilities.

Secured the largest nuclear stockpile in the U.S. at Kirtland Underground Munitions Maintenance and Storage Complex (KUMMSC), ensuring that personnel could successfully perform required monthly maintenance.
