Mr. Capps served as a Managing Principal of the Raleigh, NC office and co-principal of the Carolina’s region at Cresa, Vice Chairman at Newmark Knight Frank and a Senior Vice President and Branch Manager at Studley (now Savills Studley). While at Newmark, Mr. Capps co-founded the Critical Transactions Group (CTG), a fully autonomous, cross-market team of best- in-class professionals specifically established to work on the largest, most complex transactions/assignments across the United States.
