Work in Chatbot team:

Design and implement scenarios for the chatbot based on the de ned script. Implement sentiment-analysis service for a chatbot. Research techniques and re-implement them for speci c tasks: Implement Question Generation models with context and answer as inputs using some Transformer-based architectures.

(mBART, Marian, ...)

Sentiment analysis ( ne tune RoBERTa, BLOOM, ...): classify user messages to visualize chatbot usefulness. Try and use some techniques to increase model inference performance. Using ONNX, TorchScript ... to optimize model performance and inference time. DVC to manage data

Project: Covid Chatbot

Developing a consultancy Chatbot about symptoms and self-care at home for SARS-COVID-2 patients. Translate english dataset to vietnamese using Selenium (because Chatbot will be used for Vietnamese users) Implement some Machine Learning models (KNN, SVM) for Intent Classi cation module and Deep Learning (PhoBERT + CRF) for Named Entity Recognition.

Chatbot have ability inform informations about Covid and diagnose the possibility of infection based on some information collected from the user.
