Responsible for the selection, development, and performance of direct reports to retain a motivated and professional team.

Supervise assigned personnel and direct the daily operations to ensure prioritizations are managed effectively and meet operational objectives. This includes the review of indirect loan documentation, identifying deficiencies and funding compliant loans within 48 hours of receipt, accurately performing supervisor overrides, and disbursing loan proceeds.

Ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to titling processes and related credit union activities.

Effectively communicate, orally and in writing, with dealers and others within the credit union.

Provide prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous member service.

Act as a liaison and work collaboratively with others and across geographic locations to coordinate, recommend and initiate changes or strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance the quality and efficiency of Consumer Lending Funding.

Develop and maintain procedures and on the job training materials.

Protect member confidential information and ensure lien documents, files, members information and credit union checks are properly secured.

Complete personnel related tasks in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to performance evaluations and the review and approval of timesheets.

01/22 - 03/22 Funding Support Supervisor 1

10/15 – 01/22 Dealer Loan Center Support Supervisor

Train, develop, directly supervise, and conduct performance evaluations on all subordinates. Currently supervise 5 direct reports and 4 indirect reports.

Maintain and create work schedules and duty schedules on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis. Conduct monthly one-on-one training meetings with each staff member. Interview prospective new personnel when required staffing dictates and conduct exit interviews when necessary.

Oversee the timely and accurate flow of loan applications received from network merchants and dealers. Applications are received by email, fax, and original copies.

Maintain internal worksheets and logs and ensure timely transmittal of packages to Consumer Loan Administration.

Respond to dealer inquiries regarding status of applications, membership qualifications, loan payoffs and questions regarding closed loans.

12/12 – 10/15 Secondary Marketing Lock Desk Officer 1

Participate in the credit union's real estate secondary marketing activity including the securitization of mortgage loans and the sale of related securities. Compute and communicate to real estate loans sources, originators, brokers, etc., mortgage loan pricing. Participate in and assist the accounting and real estate staff in accounting for the purchase and sale of mortgage loans by the credit union and its affiliates.

Education

Alaska Junior College

Associate Degree in Accounting.
