PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS

Working with Distributed Control System (DCS) – YOKOGAWA CS 3000–JAPAN and Emerson Delta V (version 10.3) fully integrated atomization system.

Working in high pressure reaction of polymer hardener plant (4, 4’ DDS) High pressure

40-42 Kg/cm2 and Exothermic reaction.

Working in high pressure reaction of polymer hardener plant (3, 3’ DDS) High pressure 10-12 Kg/cm2 Hydrogenation reaction.

Working with latest ERP technology (SAP R/3), SAMARTH.

Working in technical cum production field i.e. Production planning & control, Process control &production, Man and machine planning and capacity utilization, maintenance and modifications of equipment’s with consulting service department, Online quality control, statistical quality control, safety management of process and human, coordination with other departments, project and commissioning.

Responsible for entire plant operation i.e. Production, process control, Quality control, trouble shooting, dealing with technical issues, co–ordination with other departments and external agencies, working with emergency plant operation, assisting in project work, safety management and control.

Well Exposed to the different Unit Operations and Unit Process, Highly Exothermic reaction.

Regularly checking of Safety Equipment’s, Plant Equipment’s, Utility System, Documents and Man Power.

Unit Process handle Sulfonation, Ammonolysis, Hydrogenation.

Working on the Solvent Recovery, Methanol Recovery, System.

Work on plant P & ID entablement and HAZOP on it.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

1.Pidilite industries Ltd. (Paria,Valsad)

Position : “Senior Officer Operation and SCM” Experience : Working Since Sep 2022 to Till Date

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Handle Dr.Fixit LW+ 50KL batch operation with Honeywell DSC system. Plant Startup and shutdown activities.

Controlling and maintaining process parameters as per SOP region. SAP batch entry, RM & PM stock management.

Manage planning as per vector flow system Weekly Production planning based on BOR, Manpower planning.

Focus on Plant Service Index Handle manpower and shift operation for the targeted production in the shift as per Production Planning.

Focus on QRI and PRI system. Follow FIFO system, ALC system. Preparation of month end reports.

Implement and maintain new ideas and change in operation. Preparation of Deviation management report, Production down time report and take necessary corrective and preventive action.

Monitoring plant operations & documentations on daily basis.

Interaction with plant operators during plant round and discussion of Safety / 5S / problems / abnormality if any.

Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment and instruments.

Co-ordinate with sub departments (Mechanical, Electrical, Utility, Quality, Store and Instrumentation) for smooth and efficient functioning of plant. Self-development and give training to new subordinates and operators about plant operations.

Prepare plant shift report, timely communicate with plant manager to update the status and ensure the batch sheet is properly field with relevant data. Provide basic safety training for teammates.

Strictly follows the Safety Work Permit System Hazardous permit & Non Hazardous Permit with JSA. Follow LOTOTO system. Reporting all the UC, NM, and UA. Focus on Waste management and wash water recycle.

2.Atul Limited, (Valsad) –

Position : “Senior Executive - Production (Polymer)” Experience : Working Since August 2019 to Sep 2022.

Materials Handling:-

1.3,3 Daiamino Diphenyl sulfone, 4,4 Dichloro Daiamino sulfone, 4,4 Daichloro Daiphenyl Sulfone, Liquor ammonia, cuprous chloride, EDTA, activated Carbon and methyl alcohol., Monochloro benzene (MCB), Liquid SO3, Dimethyl Sulfate (DMS).

Equipment’s handling: -

Autoclave, agitated nutsch filter (ANF), crystallizer, RVD, ANFD, distillation column (batch distillation, continuous distillation), stripper column, scrubber, hammer mill, Pumps (centrifugal, multistage centrifugal, Piston and Diaphragm and vacuum pumps), heat exchangers (plate heat exchanger, shell & tube heat exchanger), Seal ( single mechanical seal, double mechanical seal, gland packing and stuffing box ), filter (vertical bucket type, candle type, sintere, dome filter).

Position : “DCS Engineer - Production (PAC)” Experience : June 2018 to July 2019

Chemical Handling:-
