FACILITY AND MAINTENANCE OPERATION
Maintain, repair, plumbing or modify facility operation services
Upgrading, inspecting and replacing utility systems in apartment communities and country clubs
Inspecting and providing services such as maintenance, electrical, HVAC, and other services
Administrative knowledge and technical skills required for facility and maintenance industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines to include requested service orders completed timely basis
Strong troubleshooting and repairing HVAC Systems
Broad technical knowledge of operating capabilities and maintenance for various kinds of facilities
Planning and overseeing the work of employees in facility, apartment, HVAC, and maintenance operations
Perform all necessary repairs and troubleshooting in apartments and country clubs, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical and appliance installation and repair
Maintaining exterior of properties to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
Manage and train service technicians, grounds keeping staff and apartment maintenance staff
OSHA compliance with all regulations, health, safety and environmental laws
Overseeing and managing the maintenance budget

HVAC
HVAC Certified
Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems in apartments and country clubs
In-depth knowledge of the maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems
Extensive knowledge of circuit boards, processors and electronic equipment
Proper knowledge of operating HVAC tools and equipment
Excellent organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to calculate evaporator superheat, sub-cooling, and discharge superheat
Proficient knowledge of refrigerant recovery and capacitor testing
Broad technical knowledge of HVAC operating capabilities and maintenance for various kinds of units
Extensive knowledge of vital HVAC components
Additional duties as assigned
WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING/REPAIR
Certified knowledge of forklift operation
Administrative knowledge and technical skills required for facility and maintenance in this industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Oversaw and managed the budget, processing and accountability of merchandise in and outbound
