Responsibilities:

As a Enterprise Customer Care Agent, I took calls for a major retailer for electronics and appliances (Best Buy). The types of calls taken were that of customers calling in online orders and in store purchases to check on their order such as order status and shipping/pickup information, modifying Level of Service, payment issues, placing orders for customers, order cancellation reasons, and de-escalating issues related to policy, product availability, etc as well as acting as supervisor on occasion during the Christmas season when asked. Basically, I do not feel like I made an impact or improved my skill as this was inbound telemarketing and I was reading scripts. However, I took the calls in a friendly manner, but I was reading scripts and showing sincerity in promoting the product with some customer interaction.
