My mission support functions include preparing budget and personnel action requests, updating budget spreadsheets, finance and procurement practices (holder of $10K purchase card); human resource management. Payroll coordinator and approving official. Travel coordinator and Reviewer preparing travel orders and arrangements for station personnel using Concur. Public Transportation Incentive Program coordinator (PTIP/PTSAT). Inventory of station and personal property via SAP, knowledgeable in safety and security principles and serving as station receptionist / public point of contact.
