Lecturer in LIS - National University of Lesotho (NUL) Aug 2020-to date Responsibilities
Currently teaching Library and Information studies courses including Basics of Electronic Information Resources, Information Resource Development, Advanced Information Resource Description, Application of Technology in Libraries, Academic and Public Libraries, Information Ethics, Information Literacy and Research methods.
Responsible for coordinating the experiential learning/attachment of completing students whereby I provide a vital link between the students, the host organizations and the university.
Responsible for planning and designing/developing guidelines for students’ practical attachment and visit their practical places for assessment.
Organizes and facilitates pre-practicum workshops for LIS lecturers, students and the host librarians/information specialists.
