Present subject matter according to TEA. Implementing the GRR program and using technology to further each student’s individual needs. Employ a variety of instructional techniques and media. Cooperate with staff in planning and instructional goals. Implement CHAMPS as a part of school and classroom management as well as PBIS. Currently Math ACT for Campus. Math ACT for the School. Bilingual Lead Teacher 3 years, ACT 2 years (Grade Level Chair), CLT Representative 2 years, Mentored New Teachers, Mentored Student teachers from Texas A&M and from UTSA, Also, LPAC Bilingual Representative. I did the PLC training for 5th Grade Math for San Antonio isd 2013. I have attended various workshops to enhance my knowledge as an educator. Some sessions are: SIOP 4 day training, Math sessions, Vocabulary, Science, and Reading Bi-Literacy and Readers/Writers Workshop. I have been a trainer of trainees at present and past campuses. . I have attended Social Studies Conferences, CAMT (math conference), New Jersey Writing Institute, Avid training and the Bilingual Conferences as well as SAAABE and M.A.B.E (Midland Association for Bilingual Education)conferences. I have presented at the Bilingual Symposium, TABE, SAAABE, Bilingual Conference of UTPB and STEPS conference. I have had inclusion of Special Ed. Students, 504, dyslexia and Speech students.

Planned and prepared functions for Bilingual Teachers. I helped with the STEPS Conference. I was on committee at UTPB for the Bilingual Conference which helped to plan, prepare and implement the Bilingual Conference. I was selected MABE Teacher of the year 2005. On board member for MABE as Treasure, Vice President and then President.
