PROFILE

I aspire to be one of the finest industrialist in the field of engineering while combining such qualities as a good leadership, honesty, diplomacy and fear for Allah, aside that am also a detailed- oriented geoscientist with 5years experience in water and sanitation sector as an engineer and a manager. My achievements include reviving of a nearly collapsed water system to meet the community water demand while meeting my revenue target through strategic implementation and hard work. Through my interventions, there is a rehabilitation works ongoing and also working with low budget and resources to achieve results. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) UE/R

Tittle: Water System Manager (Garu and Sirigu water system) 1/10/2019 – Present MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that all operational activities are directed and supervised at the system office and regular report submitted to the regional director.

• Develops plans for revenue collection or mobilization.

• Implements all strategic directives from the regional office and provides feedback to the regional director.

• Ensure that all system data (billing, financial, customer) are collected and imputed into the billing software.

• Keep records of water quality, usage, treatment and production.

• Identifies and recommends solutions concerning operational and personal problem.
