Coordinate local efforts in the conversion of our computerized inventory / maintenance management program to J.D. Edwards.

•Directed a small workforce who's primary task was to identify, and classify all or our exsisting storeroom inventory items. Input this information into a usable format to allow the transfer of information to the new system.

•Designed a storeroom item conversion database to allow documentation of all necessary information required for the transfer to J.D Edwards. This information was then dumped in raw format to the J.D.E data tables.

•Created present equipment hierarchy and submitted raw data for conversion into the J.D.E data tables.

•Created training guides and "cheat sheets" to facilitate the training and use of J.D. Edwards.

•Interfaced with corporate level implementation team members to assure a successful start-up.
