Process optimization in Float glass industries by reducing temperature variations in Annealing Lehr across the glass width which attained stability and uniformity in the glass temperature resulting in lower glass breakage and improvement in the quality of glass.

On and Off controllers in PLC system used for bring the stability in achieving temperature in Annealing Lehr for Glass Bottle Industry.

Process controlling parameter Temperature, Pressure, flow and level controllers were optimized by PID parameter tuning in fibre glass industry.
